Everything is gluten-free (GF). Meals that are vegan are noted, as well as meals that can be adjusted to accommodate a vegetarian or vegan diet.
Each item is sold in a 32 oz container (see the Order page for a picture of the container), equalling 2-4 servings (depending on your hunger level!)

All orders are delivered weekly. Orders received by Friday of each week will be delivered the following Tuesday. Orders received after Friday will be added to the next weeks delivery schedule.
