Everything is gluten-free (GF). Meals that are vegan are noted, as well as meals that can be adjusted to accommodate a vegetarian or vegan diet.
All orders are delivered weekly, every Tuesday. Orders received by Friday of each week will be delivered the following Tuesday. Orders received after Friday will be added to the next weeks delivery schedule.
