Yes, Revery offers a variety of vegetarian and vegan options on our menu, as is noted on the Menu.

There are 2 menu items that can be adjusted to vegetarian/vegan: 

• Savory Mushroom Congee - Can be made vegetarian - substitute beef bone broth with vegetable broth. Can be made vegan - above substitution plus substitute extra virgin olive oil for butter
• Hearty Beef Vegetable Stew - Can be made vegetarian - substitute ground beef with sprouted green lentils and mushrooms; beef bone broth with vegetable broth. Can be made vegan - above substitutions plus omit parmigiano reggiano rind
• Please note vegetarian or vegan changes in the "Special delivery" instructions at checkout. 

Yes! All of the menu items (even the granola!) can be frozen for up to 3 months. To thaw and reheat, just pull your container from the freezer and place in the fridge overnight. When you're ready to eat, reheat on the stove top on a low heat setting, stirring often, until warm. Congees and oatmeal may require additional liquid when reheating.
