Each meal comes in a 32 oz container. Servings per container typically range between 2-4 servings, depending on your hunger level! Meals are delivered to your door, already prepared. You'll just reheat and enjoy.  

These meals can also be frozen upon receiving and enjoyed in the future (freezes well for up to 3 months).
